Procedure for action at the exhibition during an air raid

International Exhibition Center,
Pavilion 1, Entrance 1C (from the Livoberezhna metro station)

Read the information on how to act in the IEC in case of a threat or emergency.

● Upon arrival at the IEC, follow the signs to the civil defense shelter. If you are unable to find out the location of the shelter on your own, ask the Organizers or IEC security.

Follow the signals of the IEC warning system or the Kyiv Digital app.

Follow the instructions of the Exhibition Organizers and security during the alarm.

● In case of an alarm, do not panic and leave the stand or the place where you were caught by the Air Alert signal. Take your documents, personal belongings and, without fail, your exhibitor badge, which is your pass to the exhibition.

● Follow the designated routes to the shelter located in the basement of Pavilion 1, entrance 1C of the International Exhibition Center, where you can wait out the air raid alarm

● If necessary, provide assistance and orientation to those who need it.

● During the alarm, the security service controls the entrance doors and ensures that people leave the pavilion only. Visitors are not allowed to enter the pavilion.

● The Organizer together with security personnel inspect the exhibition area and make sure that all exhibitors, visitors, and employees of the Organizer have left the pavilion and are in the shelter.

● You are allowed to leave the shelter and return to the pavilion only after the air raid alarm has been canceled and upon special instructions from the Organizers.

● After the air raid alarm is canceled, exhibitors are obliged to return to their stands within 15 minutes.

● Visitors are admitted to the exhibition 20 minutes after the air raid alarm has been canceled upon presentation of a Visitor's badge.
